Your responsibilities
You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Challenging tasks and projects await you, such as
- Operationalization of the Bosch SmartGrow Go-To-Market approach based on Food strategy and SmartGrow vision
- Being the GTM expert for the SmartGrow D2C business and support the SmartGrow rollout to further countries (e.g. Netherlands, China)
- Support of all SmartGrow countries (e.g. Germany, Austria) by analyzing D2C touchpoints along the CEJ and driving the implementation
- Being part of global SmartGrow Team in strong exchange with SmartGrow CPO and product, communication and digital marketing manager
- Definition and implementation of most suitable marketing mix for SmartGrow countries to achieve the global targets
Your profile
- University degree in Business Administration (Major in Marketing Management is favored)
- Previous experience as Product or Category Manager on local, regional and/or international level (or comparable role); D2C experience favored
- More than 5 years working experience
- Good command of MS Excel/PowerPoint necessary; Excellent interpersonal, intercultural and communication skills, conceptual and strategic thinking
- Fluent English and German
