Your responsibilities
You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Challenging tasks and projects await you,such as
- Collection and translation of consumer insights (various data sources) per Consumer Journey purchase reason into segmentation for tracking
- Implement core KPIs at Region Europe to push consumer centricity into regional Business steering (Sales, Brand Portfolio, Product Categories)
- Ensure consolidated, regional view on local Consumer Journey performance KPI dashboards
- Identify insights/ “nuggets” from consolidated consumers’ view to improve regional product development process
- Identify potential for structural improvement for consumer journey processes/touch points (i.e. Brand Websites, Apps, etc.) across region Europe
Your profile
- Bachelor / Master graduate with business, business administration or research focus
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis
- Basic knowledge in one of the common programming languages like Java, Python or C++
- Excellent analytical skills
- Great communication and teamwork skill to work effectively with people across all levels, positive "can do attitude"
