Your responsibilities
You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Challenging tasks and projects await you, such as
- Develop proactively online communication concepts and campaigns supporting the HR strategy
- Overall editorial planning for the internal and external HR communication taking into account the different channels and target groups
- Create effective change communication measures supporting the transformation
- Drive the cultural change by the proactive development and implementation of creative ideas
- Develop key messages to strategic HR topics and employer attractiveness and ensure international application
Your profile
- Successfully completed university studies in Communication Sciences or International Public Relations
- Proven change communication experience and solid HR understanding, content-/community management in social media, video expertise preferred
- Passion to drive transformation and cultural change with adequate communication
- Initiative to work independently within a dynamic team environment, systematic and goal-oriented way of working on both strategic and operative tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (German and English), strong presentation skills, intercultural sensitivity
