Your responsibilities
You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Challenging tasks and projects await you, such as
- Conceptual work on global Diversity Management, implementation and operational steering
- Set up and implementation of internal and external communication concepts supporting the HR strategy in close alignment with Corp. Communications
- Editorial planning for the internal and external HR communication taking into account the different channels and target groups
- Continuous development of BSH’s global social media strategy, content planning, monitoring and community management of corp. social media channels
Your profile
- Successfully completed university studies in Communication Sciences/International PR or Business administration with focus on Human Resources
- Experience in Diversity Management and HR Communications, solid HR understanding, project management experience desirable
- Proven experience in content-/community management in social media, video expertise preferred
- Initiative to work independently within a dynamic team environment, analytical and goal-oriented way of working on strategic and operative tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (German and English), strong presentation and editorial skills, intercultural sensitivity
