- Plan and manage the category insights / market research plans in conjunction with Category Managers;
- Pro-active involvement in Consumer Satisfaction tools (like NPS, CRM, etc);
- Tracking and implementation of business developing projects such as MROI;
- Understand and use relevant syndicated data (GFK/ Euromonitor/ others) for the sole purpose of driving organic growth of the category;
- Prepare and control CMI budget.
- Higher Education, preference to bachelor's degree in market research or a related field;
- 3-5 years’ experience, preferably with market research agency experience and top international companies;
- English Fluent;
- Results orientated, independent, entrepreneurial and self-motivating;
- Strong project management skills.
