Program Manager (m/f/d) D2C & Sales Development

Your responsibilities

You will be working in an exciting, international environment in the Region Europe and contributing personally to the D2C success in the Region. Within the Sales Management, Business to Consumer (D2C) team challenging tasks and projects await you

  • You further develop the REU D2C Strategy Framework (Value Proposition) and are responsible for the implementation in the subsidiaries
  • You co-lead the development of D2C activities with subsidiaries, define Go-To-Market strategy, develop business cases & support touchpoint activation
  • You improve our D2C Pricing approach, develop in a cross-functional team a new solution and define adequate sales steering KPIs
  • You will drive local eCommerce requirements in the demand process & provide input to the development of eCommerce capabilities 
  • You will be D2C touchpoint expert for BSH-owned and not-owned touchpoint e.g. Agency business model, App-sales

Your profile

  • University degree in business administration/ -informatics or similar
  • More than 5 years of relevant industry and retailer business experience on strategic & operative leve including knowhow in pricing an sales steering
  • Knowledge in managing complex roll-outs, steering international teams and different managements levels
  • Team player with persuasive power, analytical mindset, strong communication skills and intercultural competence
  • Fluency in English and German
