Your responsibilities

You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Challenging tasks and projects await you, such as

  • Touch point & go-to-market research across the entire consumer experience journey & enable sales and marketing to create seamless consumer journeys
  • Integrated studies/analysis: D2C experiences, analog and digital touchpoints, app experience, pricing, UX & usability, NPS, social media listening
  • Self-responsible need evaluation, planning, execution and analysis of (inter-)national qualitative and quantitative ad hoc market research projects
  • Comprehensive consulting regarding research design&derivation of recommendations for action as well as support in finding solutions using UX methods
  • Coaching and empowering regional product areas to develop & improve products and services in a customer-centric manner based on UX methodology

Your profile

  • Completed university degree in sociology, psychology, communication sciences, business administration
  • In-depth knowledge of optimising consumer experiences across physical and digital touchpoints (incl. product usage)
  • Min. 5 yrs working experience in market research agency and application of all qual/quant methods as well as in-depth psychological analysis
  • Interdisciplinary and cross-functional thinking; initiative, organizational talent, creativity, innovative spirit and commitment
  • Fluent in German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
