Voice of the Consumer Analytics Consultant (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

Do you want to become an active part and shaper of the consumer centric transformation of BSH? Then you are welcome to join BSH’s Consumer Listening department within the new Corporate Marketing organization. Exciting projects and varied tasks await you.

  • Introduce BSH's global Consumer Listening strategy to countries and other stakeholders; Consult them to systematically listen to consumer feedback
  • Support the stakeholders with usage concepts and trainings to conduct Voice of the Consumer (VoC) analysis of NPS, review & social media feedback
  • Provide consultancy for analysis & reporting request from various internal stakeholders and choose the right analysis design and approach
  • Data owner for Consumer Listening data sources and business ownership for analytics infrastructure; close collaboration with IT
  • Provide best practices, use cases and how-to-do-guides in our VoC analytics knowledge hub (based on confluence/wiki) and act as an ambassador

Your profile

  • University degree in Business Economics, Marketing, Communication or Social Sciences 
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in statistics, empirical research methods and scientific methods of content analysis
  • Excellent conceptual and analytic skills with ability to structure complexity
  • Business fluent English; very good MS Office skills (esp. Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Great communication skills, result-driven, consumer-centric mindset
