Compliance Manager (m/f/d) Investigation & Allegation Management

Your responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Compliance Manager. With your focus on allegation management and internal investigations you will be working cross-functionally in an exciting international environment. We will offer you an insight into all the different business areas of BSH.


  • Conduct internal compliance investigations according to our group-wide investigation processes and documentation requirements
  • Supervise group-wide allegation management system; Review and adapt the system to legal changes in consultation with relevant stakeholders
  • Work in an international environment and support compliance officers in the subsidiaries in processing allegations and conducting investigations
  • Continuously improve BSH's compliance investigation process and whistleblower/allegation management system
  • Prepare management reportings and further analyses to identify trends, general compliance risks and define remedation measures

Your profile

  • Degree in law or business/economics with above average marks
  • 5+ years professional experience conducting internal investigations in an international environment (enterprise, law firm, auditing company)
  • In-depth knowledge of whistleblower protection (i.e. EU WB directive) necessary; Further expertise in relevant legal and compliance areas desirable
  • Confidence in using relevant IT solutions for forensic accounting, e-discovery, data analysis
  • English and German at a professional level; Further language skills beneficial; Very good communication skills and cultural awareness
