Your responsibilities
You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Challenging tasks and projects await you, such as
- Global responsibility for supplier quality management for electronic and (electro-) mechanic components mainly used in tier2 business
- Disciplinary leadership of a team of component experts in Regensburg and functional guidance of one group each in China and Slovakia
- Further development of component release strategies and procedures in coordination with the product quality, development and test departments
- Definition and implementation of digital solutions and quality metrics for core processes such as component release and supplier problem solving
- Driving problem solving and escalations to component suppliers in case of deviations, conduct supplier process audits
Your profile
- Bachelor or master degree in Electronic Engineering, Physics or similar
- Relevant work experience within electronics industry
- solid knowledge in sample inspection procedures like PPAP etc., experience with quality and problem solving methods such as 8D, six sigma, 5why
- Leadership experience, strengths in working together in cross-functional teams and target group-oriented, good communication skills
- fluent English and German skills
