Your responsibilities
You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Challenging tasks and projects await you, such as
- Leadership of Quality Management Electronics and Drives Hardware Team
- Define quality targets, measures how to achieve them and validation strategy for projects
- Assure highly effective and competitive product projects through excellent QM processes
- Development and execution of a quality strategy including quality targets for electronics
- Review compliance of safety processes in development phase
Your profile
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering e.g.
- Qualification in QM desirable (e.g. Six Sigma, QM Auditor, Green/Black Belt)
- Proven leadership skills in strategy realization, change management, people development
- Experience of quality assurance of electronics desirable
- Fluent English and advanced German skills
