Your responsibilities
You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Challenging tasks and projects await you, such as
- Primary contact for Users and their IT technical needs. Trusted advisor providing on-site face to face IT-Support
- Deploying, maintaining and troubleshooting for IT-devices and local infrastructure all IT related matters
- Providing support to the technical organization of digital events (from pre-planning to on-site troubleshooting) and support their IT needs & requests
- Deliver userexperience to the highest standards
- Enabling users advising on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction
Your profile
- University degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Systems Science or similar
- 5+ years working in IT Field supporting workplace, communication & collaboration solutions, Working knowledge on Conferencing/Audio Visual Technology
- highly customer oriented, ability to engage with customers, excellent client facing experience,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, critical, excellent organizational skills, trustworthy and discreet
- German as mother tongue is desirable and fluent English
