Your responsibilities
Are you well-versed in theory and now looking for practical experience in a dynamic company? Then use your talent and expertise to help us with the following tasks
- Creative and conceptual support in the development of internal change management, communication, leadership and collaboration measures
- Implementation of global activities and personal responsibility for sub-projects
- Collaboration with experts at home and abroad incl. activation and maintenance of the network
- Design and implementation of short video formats for awareness and competence building
- Preparation, execution and follow-up of (virtual) presentation and workshop formats
Your profile
- Successful studies 4 semesters and higher (economics, business psychology, communication or related)
- First practical experience preferably in industry or consulting in relevant topics
- Independent and structured way of working as well as very good analytical skills
- Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Fluent English and German skills
