Your responsibilities
Are you well-versed in theory and now looking for practical experience in a dynamic company? Then use your talent and expertise to help us with the following tasks
- Get a comprehensive insight into the field of corporate innovation management, innovation strategy and consumer-driven concept development
- Independent work on subprojects for shaping and communicating the BSH innovation strategy and the BSH innovation portfolio
- Planning, conducting and evaluating consumer surveys, tests and interviews for novel consumer products and digital services
- Collaboration in the preparation and moderation of cross-departmental workshops in the area of design thinking and agile innovation management
- Conducting research (e.g. on consumer trends, competitors, technologies and strategy) and creating presentations and communication materials
Your profile
- Successful studies in business administration, innovation management, computer science or comparable
- Preferably first practical experiences in innovation management, consumer insights and/or strategic consulting highly welcome
- Proficient handling of MS Office, Miro etc.
- Good presentation and communication skills in English and German
- Can-do mentality paired with analytical, target-oriented and structured working method
