Your responsibilities
You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Challenging tasks and projects await you, such as
- Derive insights from market & consumer data for improvements along the CEJ & trigger actions for improvements
- Foster data-driven CEJ Mgmt. in REU by establishing new routines & consulting countries/ REU stakeholders
- Responsible for driving consumer-centric business steering in Region Europe by setting targets & tracking performance
- Responsible for market intelligence and providing the relevant insights to all relevant European stakeholders
Your profile
- University degree and > 5 years of work experience in marketing/sales, market intelligence, consumer intelligence and/or analytics
- Strong analytical skills are mandatory - Adobe Analytics, Focus Feedback, VICO or other relevant tools are a plus
- Ability to derive insights based on data & to communicate them clearly to stakeholders
- Ability to anchor data-driven ways of working in the organization
- Reliable & open team player with a strong consumer-centric mindset and an autonomous working style
