Your responsibilities
You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Challenging tasks and projects await you, such as
- You conduct internal compliance investigations according to our group-wide investigation processes and documentation requirements
- You work in an international environment and support compliance officers in the subsidiaries in processing allegations and conducting investigations
- You continuously improve and design BSH's internal investigation process and whistelblower/allegation management system
- You prepare management reportings and further analyses to identify trends, general compliance risks and provide recommendations & remedation measures
- You take responsibility by handling compliance cases of particular importance
Your profile
- Degree in law or business/economics with above average marks
- Extensive professional experience conducting internal investigations in international environment (enterprise, law firm, auditing company)
- In-depth experience in using relevant IT tools for forensic acc., ediscovery, data analysis
- Spoken and written English and German at a professional level, further language skills beneficial
- Willingness to travel
