Your responsibilities
Do you want to become an active part and shaper of the consumer centric tranformation of BSH? Then you are welcome to join BSH's Consumer and Market Research Department within our Corporate Marketing organization. Exciting projects and tasks are waiting for you.
- Lead global scope market/consumer research projects incl. market/consumer segmentation, trends, drivers of change, brand health, customer journey
- Inspire change and action through consumer and market insights extracted from advanced analysis combining different data sources
- Develop consumer and market data analysis frameworks supporting BSH's marketing and business strategies
- Define strategic growth potential in the categories and market through integrated analysis of consumer and market data growth
- Develop reporting formats and market knowledge data platforms to share consumer and market insights with stakeholders on all management levels
Your profile
- Master's degree in statistics, social sciences, psychology, business administration or comparable with focus on market and consumer data analysis
- More than 10 years of experience within consumer and market research, more than 5 years of practical experience in research and analytics
- High competence, deep knowledge and practical expertise in using analytic tools like SPSS, R, SAS for complex, multivariate data analyses
- Business fluent English and German, very good MS Office skills (esp. Excel, PowerPoint)
- Consultancy skills, ability to understand the needs of internal stakeholders and to translate understanding to proposals, actions and improvements
