Your responsibilities

Are you well-versed in theory and now looking for practical experience in a dynamic company? Then use your talent and expertise to help us with the following tasks

  • Collaboration in the further development of the Global Process Management Framework according to the strategic E2E goals and journeys (e.g. CEJ)
  • Collaboration in strategic projects, e.g. realignment of the process framework to E2E processes with the help of BPM tools
  • Support in the preparation and follow-up of management workshops, the creation of presentations as well as the evaluation and preparation of data
  • Independent execution of qualitative and quantitative surveys and data analyses
  • Collaboration with interdisciplinary experts at home and abroad and support of the Global Process Community

Your profile

  • Successful studies in business administration, business informatics, or industrial engineering, preferably second half of bachelor/master studies
  • First BPM (Business Process Management) tool (e.g. Signavio) experience in industry or consulting desirable
  • Independent, reliable and structured way of working as well as strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
  • Very good analytical skills and very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint / Excel
