Your responsibilities
Are you well-versed in theory and now looking for practical experience in a dynamic company? Then use your talent and expertise to help us with the following tasks
- Support the development & implementation of employer branding initiatives aimed at raising awareness of BSH to amplify visibility to candidates
- Assist in regularly updating and maintaining BSH global career site with compelling content that effectively conveys our culture, values and mission
- Be responsible for managing and overseeing BSH social media profiles on leading platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Kununu, Glassdoor and others
- Help in promoting BSH employer brand internally and creating consistent recruiting standards across countries
- Conduct research to identify trends and best practices in Employer Branding and Recruiting, thus introducing creative solutions and perspectives
Your profile
- University studies, ideally human resource management, marketing, communications, economics and/or business administration
- A creative thinker who has a natural inclination towards detail and design
- Work independently as part of a diverse global team, with strong organizational skills and proactive mindset
- High level of proficiency in both English and German
