Your responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the global websites and drive direct-to-consumer (D2C) capabilities
  • Keep up-to-date with D2C trends and test new pilots and projects to drive innovation and growth, staying ahead of the competition
  • Support end-to-end operation of websites, including content management, rollout management, user experience and conversion rate optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure alignment of online initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Monitor website analytics and identify areas for improvement, recommend actionable insights to drive continuous growth

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing or a related field
  • Min. 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a D2C environment
  • Fluent German or English
  • Proven experience in managing global websites and driving D2C sales, preferably in a multinational or e-commerce environment
