Your responsibilities
You will work in an exciting and international environment, making a personal contribution to the company's success. Expect challenging tasks and projects, such as:
- Drive digitization in an international HR organization
- Lead and enable a team of experts
- Steer global projects and implementations of HR-IT solutions and tools as part of HR transformation
- Partner with global HR teams to implement worldwide solutions in line with local needs
- Further develop the global HR IT strategy, in cooperation with HR stakeholders, IT and external consulting
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in business administration (focus human resources or IT) or information technology or similar
- Broad experience in HR/IT function, with a focus on SAP HCM and SAP Success Factors
- HR professional with proven experience and competence in talent management and strategic skill/competence management
- Proven experience in international project management, conceptional strength;
- "Can do attitude" with a high goal- and result-orientatio
