Your responsibilities
Do you already have theoretical expertise and would now like to supplement this with practical experience in a dynamic company? Then support us with your talent and expertise in the following tasks
- Build up web-based trainings in ‘Articulate raise/story telling’ tools
- Search for missing training needed for defined learning journeys
- Support in creating communication kit for factories
- Set up learning journeys in the upcoming LMS including preparing the content in needed format for the system
- Support in translation process of existing trainings
Your profile
- 2nd year of Bachelor Studies in area of Industrial Engineering, Computer science or equally high interest in these area
- Experience in the area of Human resource, Business Education, Psychology, Education, Teaching,
- Learning journeys Experience in building up web-based trainings (experience in Articulate tool advantage)
- Basic skills in Excel/PPT
- Advantage: Experience with LMS tools like: Success Factor/Learning Universe/NetTrainment etc.
