Your responsibilities
Define product features and roadmap for our process mining product. Collaborate with cross-functional team and stakeholders to prioritize and implement features. Drive process mining innovation Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries.
- Evaluate and improve the skill management and staffing process with Analytics Shape Owner
- Manage risks and escalations of any staffing issue like underperforming employees, not available skills, etc
- Lead recruiting for new BSH employees and external partners
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of product management experience.
- Understanding of process mining.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies and project management practices.
- Prior experience in leading teams is a plus.
