Accounts Payable - Specialist

Your responsibilities

Responsible for transaction processing and meeting the daily required productivity Processing of PO and non-PO invoices, Credit Notes and Down Payments processing Timely &amp; accurate completion of invoice verification/processing based on language, country &amp; processes

Preparing of weekly payment proposal run
Attend and resolve supplier inquiries via emails and calls
Ensure alignment with AP policy, SOP, regulatory requirements

Your profile

A Bachelor degree in Commerce/Accounting/Business Administration
3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable role managing end to end activities
Possess strong accounting knowledge of the end to end AP process & SAP experince is a must
6.30pm - 3am - US Shift
