Your responsibilities

- Proactively engage with key stakeholders (Shape Owners, Cluster Heads, Hub Head, Group Leads, etc.)
- Managing delivery, identifying opportunities, executing initiatives, etc. in the process building a strong techno – functional team.
- Oversee and manage supplier related topics, SOWs, identifying and mitigating project and vendor resource risks, etc.
- Champion and drive internal initiatives striving for continuous improvement, team productivity & employee satisfaction.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology (B.Tech / B.E)
- PMP / CSPO / PO-PM is an added advantage.
- 16+ Years of working experience (with at least 3+ years being in extended leadership roles) managing SAP and non-SAP teams in manufacturing industry
- Business process knowledge in Manufacturing domain
- Experienced in software development life cycle in Agile practices and framework
