Your responsibilities
As project manager you are responsible for the overall project delivery of our internal content orders from planning, execution and implementation.
- Project Coordination: End-to-end management of 360º projects, ensuring seamless content delivery across global, regional, and local levels.
- Workflow Optimization: Develop and refine standardized processes and workflows with quality assurance for efficient project execution.
- Performance Oversight: Monitor project progress, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes with regular status reporting.
- Risk Management: Identify and address risks proactively to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Provide updates, strategic consultancy, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Your profile
- > 5 years recent experience in leading project management roles (agency or company).
- Strong communication skills across different hierarchical levels & consultancy skills.
- Marketing expert with high capabilities in team coordination, task & time management.
- Exceptional fluent English, speaking and written.
