Your responsibilities
Primary responsibility would be related to compliance and related activities. Being the compliance counsel includes the following important responsibilities (while observing the rules and regulations issued by GLE relevant to this role)
- Implement, monitor, and constantly improve the local Compliance Management System (CMS).
- Implement global Compliance minimum standards, principles, and measures on the local level.
- Serve as contact in India to the management and the local business, as well as to corporate functions in all Compliance-related matters.
- Raise Compliance awareness and strengthen the Compliance culture in India through regular communication on Compliance topics.
- Support in communicating a proper tone from the top.
Your profile
- Qualified lawyer in India, ideally master’s degree in law, excellent English is a must,
- 15 to 18 years of working experience in an international context.
- Experience in fraud investigations and compliance management.
