Supplier QA Engineer- Partner Management

Your responsibilities

The Supplier Quality Engineer Partner Management, will be responsible for developing supplier quality levels to meet BSH standards through continuous improvements, problem solving, onsite audits, and ongoing training and enabling activities.

Continuously monitor supplier performance, ensuring appropriate AQL are applied for audits with real time monitoring of findings
Establish quality gate checks for First Pass Yield and product audit findings
Work directly with development and factory teams to implement sustainable quality improvements on site at strategic partners.
Lead auditor for compliance to BSH requirements, product audits and establish KPI’s and release process on site at strategic suppliers

Your profile

4 year college degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience working with consumer products in a quality role preferred, or working on factory improvements and problem solving
Knowledge of factory processes and assembly methods in the white goods industry
Knowledge of state-of the art quality management methods (ISO, FMEA, 8D)
Excellent problem solving capabilities using tools: Six Sigma, Shainin Red X
