Your responsibilities

- Develop e-commerce end-consumer campaigns and definition of paid digital marketing strategy
- Track and own the paid media performance, generating and increasing Sales. Set and deploy the CRM Marketing strategy.
- Optimize loyalty, awareness and conversion, ensuring an outstanding consumer experience.
- Campaign Reporting / Analysis and report key performance indicator
- Marketplaces and Partnerships Channel Management (manage partners, campaign management, in collaboration with IT and partners)
Your profile
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Effective Communication skills (consumer initiatives and campaigns)
- Consumer centered, outside-in driven as well as business-oriented mindset
- Very good cross-functional collaboration skills
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Data Science, or a similar analytical or business
