Your responsibilities

The role is responsible for managing working capital, treasury operations, banking relationships, and regulatory compliance. The incumbent will ensure adequate liquidity, optimize funding costs, and support business operations through effective treasury planning and execution.

  • Manage working capital requirements, including CMA preparation, consortium banking, lender coordination, and short-term funding
  • Liaise with domestic and international banks for fund-based and non-fund-based facilities (LCs, BGs), including documentation and negotiations
  • Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA, Customs, EDPMS/IDPMS, and other statutory regulations
  • Oversee treasury operations such as cash flow management, vendor and statutory payments, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare MIS, cash flow projections, stock statements, and reports for management and stakeholders

Your profile

  • MBA (Finance) or CA Inter qualification with 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP
  • Good understanding of RBI and FEMA regulations related to import and export
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with Letters of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantees (BG)
  • Working knowledge of EDPMS and IDPMS
