Your responsibilities

Hire, staff and develop the Cluster and Local Shape Group (LSG) members Local and global talent-related activities; EDDs, 360 degree feedback, skill assessment, EDSP, performance feedback, development planning

  • Experience in managing initiatives which accentuates growth of portfolio/hub
  • Administrative tasks; absence approval, salary definition, promotions & ratings, time and expense reporting, training order and release
  • Domain experience: 18 plus years experience which includes at least 6 years of people leadership

Your profile

  • Educational Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech in Computer Science or compensated by equivalent work experience
  • Strong knowledge of diverse architectures and platforms/infrastructure
  • Expertise in Application/Service/Infrastructure monitoring
  • Subject Matter Expertise in applications like App Dynamics, Datadog, Splunk etc.
