Your responsibilities

Interventions marques Bosch, Siemens, Neff et Gaggenau, rejoignez nos Technicien.nes Service Clientèle qui interviennent au domicile de nos consommateurs en région Est !

  • Dépanner les appareils électroménagers domestiques (lavage, cuisson et froid)
  • Etablir les devis/factures et réaliser les encaissements (espèces, chèques, cartes bancaires)
  • Opérer les remontées d’informations sur les « anomalies » de nos produits
  • Gérer le stock de pièces détachées de votre véhicule
  • Vendre les consommables et conseiller en avant-vente et après-vente

Your profile

  • CAP/BEP/BAC Electrotechnique spécialisé en électroménager
  • 3 ans d’expérience
  • Maitrise des outils informatiques liés à la fonction (Tablette, Pack Office)
  • Permis B et résider sur sa zone d'intervention Alsace (67 nord et 57)
  • Bon relationnel – Dynamique –  Sens du service – Rigoureux
