Your responsibilities

You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Challenging tasks and projects await you, such as

  • Drive digitalization in an international HR organization
  • Lead and enable a team of experts
  • Steer global projects and implementations of HR-IT solutions and tools
  • Partner with global HR teams to implement integrated, worldwide solutions
  • support further development of global HR IT strategy, in cooperation with HR stakeholders, IT and external consulting

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration (focus human resources or IT) or information technology or similar
  • Very broad experience in HR/IT function, with focus on HR Cloud Solutions and SAP HCM on premise.
  • HR professional with proven experience and competence in talent management and strategic skill/competence management as well as HR core data
  • Proven experience in international project management, conceptional strength;"Can do attitude" with a high goal- and result-orientation
  • Shows high curiosity and motivation towards innovative HR trends
