Your responsibilities

Join our motivated logistics team and play a key role in driving efficient warehouse operations across Romania and Bulgaria! You will manage critical processes, analyze KPIs and contribute to impactful logistics projects and continuous improvement initiatives!

  • Take charge of daily warehouse operations in RO & BG, from audits to Green Label, and make processes run smoother than ever.
  • Own KPI tracking and analysis - turn data into actions that boost warehouse and inbound performance.
  • Lead supply operations under the Star contract, ensuring materials reach the right place on time.
  • Prepare AFM & Intrastat reports with precision and keep compliance effortless.
  • Drive tenders, projects, and process improvements—make a visible impact across RO & BG logistics.

Your profile

  • University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field, with up to 5 years of hands-on logistics experience
  • Valid driving license
  • Advanced English and strong analytical skills; confident with MS Office & Analysis for Office, SAP knowledge a plus
  • Excellent communicator and presenter, able to thrive both independently and in collaborative teams
  • Sharp analytical thinker, quick learner, adaptable, and highly self-motivated with a proactive mindset
