Your responsibilities

Lead end-to-end learning strategy at the plant while contributing to global learning architecture. Drive local execution and global collaboration, design and deliver impactful programs, and leverage strong factory operations knowledge to meet both site-specific and enterprise learning needs.

  • Drive plant L&D and global learning architecture: assess needs, deliver training, manage LMS, ensure compliance, and build future-ready skills.

Your profile

  • Engineer/HR graduate with 10–15 yrs factory L&D, strong ops knowledge, project skills, stakeholder management, and passion for continuous learning.
