Your responsibilities
Are you well-versed in theory and now looking for practical experience in a dynamic company? Then use your talent and expertise to help us with the following tasks
- Support the execution of the Gaggenau Value Creation Plan, ensuring alignment with relevant internal stakeholders
- Supports monitoring VCP initiatives and KPIs, identifying issues, and proposing mitigation measures
- Coordinate and support progress and alignment meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-up on action items
- Support operational PMO processes, including regular reporting and status updates, preparation of management and team meetings
- Contribute to presentations and communication materials for senior management
Your profile
- Ongoing studies in business administration (Economics, Industrial Engineering)
- Ability to structure, analyze, refine, and synthesize information from diverse reports and sources
- Stakeholder management: clear, concise communication and ability to cooperate across functions and cultures
- Curiosity, proactivity, ownership; ability to work independently
