Your responsibilities
Ensure optimum spare-part availability across 400+ service partners pan‑India by setting dynamic MSLs, forecasting demand and driving efficient replenishment to minimize service delays and inventory cost.
- Set and maintain location-wise MSLs using ABC/XYZ classification, seasonality and product lifecycle.
- Analyze SKU/region consumption, identify slow/non‑moving parts and refine forecasts.
- Design replenishment cycles, auto-reorder rules and coordinate timely supply with warehouses, logistics and procurement.
- Maintain ERP (SAP/S4HANA) data, dashboards and MIS for stock coverage and reorder parameters.
- Run monthly inventory health reviews with ops/regions; propose actions to reduce stockouts and dead stock.
Your profile
- Strong analytical skills; Excel and Power BI proficiency.
- Experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting and multi‑location spare parts supply chain.
- ERP experience (preferably SAP/S4 Hana) and high data accuracy.
- Good coordination, communication and problem‑solving aptitude.
