CPI Integration Specialist – SAP C4C (Cloud For Consumer)

Your responsibilities

Join our global CRM team and work on cutting‑edge SAP Cloud integrations using CPI, BTP, and C4C. This role involves end‑to‑end solution delivery, agile collaboration, reporting, and ensuring seamless integration across SAP cloud/on‑premise systems.

  • Design and implement SAP C4C & CPI integrations for global CRM products.
  • Configure/customize C4C objects, reporting, dashboards, territories & org structures.
  • Drive agile development with international DevOps teams.
  • Support C4C users with training, troubleshooting & continuous improvements.
  • Manage transports, data replication, and incident resolution.

Your profile

  • 5–7 years of experience in SAP C4C, CPI & BTP.
  • Strong knowledge of reporting, dashboards & C4C administration.
  • Experience integrating SAP Cloud with on‑premise systems.
  • Familiarity with agile tools (JIRA/Confluence).
  • Excellent communication skills and global collaboration maturity
