Your responsibilities

Drives OEM quality excellence through supplier development & improvement

  • Ensure OEM factory quality targets and maintain defined quality standards
  • Initiate and track quality improvement plans and measurable objectives
  • Manage supplier development: NPD, corrective actions, process upgrades
  • Coordinate audits, field issues, and supplier quality improvements & oversee part/process releases for series production readiness
  • Drive 8D problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting

Your profile

  • BE/BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or similar field
  • 6–10 years’ experience in supplier quality or product development
  • Expertise in cooking appliances; mixer grinder/kettle is an advantage
  • Strong in quality tools: 8D, Six Sigma, FMEA, problem-solving
  • Knowledge of NPD, testing, and QMS (ISO 9001/14001) preferred
