Your responsibilities
Business Engagement Consultant helping clients achieve strategic goals through effective solutions, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Main contact for digital topics; guide users and escalate to GDS.
- Manage daily IT ops: support, networks, servers, storage.
- Deploy and operate digital factory systems.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, connectivity, and endpoints.
- Ensure security compliance and communicate portfolio status.
Your profile
- Strong IT and digital factory knowledge (MES, IoT, AR, Cobots).
- Experience in design, testing, and troubleshooting production & supply chain
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and data center ops.
- Skilled in issue resolution, risk management, and prioritization.
- Strong communication, teamwork, vendor management; agile; English & Spanish.
