Your responsibilities

Are you well-versed in theory and now looking for practical experience in a dynamic company? Then use your talent and expertise to help us with the following tasks

  • Creation of a Master Thesis for EMC-Oriented optimization of Inverter and Motor Drive Systems for reduction of ferrites
  • Develop system-level models of inverter and motor drive architectures for EMC simulation and analysis
  • Perform EMI analysis to identify dominant noise sources and assess conducted and radiated emission behavior
  • Develop optimization and control strategies and model ferrite behavior to minimize ferrite  usage without degrading performance
  • Validate simulation results with measurements where available, document methods, and prepare the master thesis and presentations

Your profile

  • Be enrolled in a Master’s program in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Electromagnetics, or a related field
  • Advantageous: Knowledge of simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, SPICE, CST/Ansys) and familiar with EMI standards
  • Demonstrate independence, curiosity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams as well as a high motivation
  • Be proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent in German and English
