Your responsibilities
Join our Customer Service team and you will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. 
- Support the global roll‑in of the BSH Digital Core (SAP S/4HANA) for Customer Service Technician Parts Management.
- Manage processes for technician spare parts supply, returns, and inventory, including CRM interfaces.
- Perform fit‑gap analysis between S/4 templates and legacy R/3 processes.
- Drive change management activities and participate in Go‑Live and HyperCare phases.
Your profile
- Higher education degree, with various specializations considered an asset.
- Strong systems affinity, including hands-on experience working with SAP.
- Excellent communication skills,continuous improvement mindset, and proven ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment.
- Project experience within Customer Service or logistic area, with knowledge of agile methodologies highly valued.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
