Your responsibilities

We are looking for a Maintenance Leader passionate about continuous improvement, with experience in team management, preventive and corrective maintenance, focused on ensuring operational continuity, safety, and production efficiency

  • Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime
  • Analyze equipment failures and implement root cause solutions to improve reliability
  • Drive OEE and continuous improvement initiatives through TPM and Lean Maintenance
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with production, engineering, and quality teams
  • Ensure safety, environmental compliance, cost control, and spare parts management

Your profile

  •  Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics
  • Experience with Automated Production Line
  • Project management experience 
  • Experience with multi-country/global organization
