Your responsibilities

Are you well-versed in theory and now looking for practical experience in a dynamic company? Then use your talent and expertise to help us with the following tasks

  • You will be responsible for onboarding project team members, which includes ordering their access and providing basic introductions
  • You will act as the first point of contact for handling access problems for external staff
  • You will support the team by building basic presentations and preparing documentation, including meeting minutes
  • You will be in charge of working out Jira boards and ensuring program tasks follow the required structure
  • You will also provide direct support to the program management team by assisting with ad-hoc requests

Your profile

  • Completed at least two years of university study in Business Administration, IT, Data/Analytics, or Project Management
  • Highly structured and reliable; passionate about project management, data analytics and AI
  • Self-starter who develops and tests ideas independently; strong interest in AI tools
  • Internship or working‑student experience a plus
  • MS Office required; Jira desirable
