Your responsibilities

Junior Manufacturing Engineer focused on supporting production processes, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency. Skilled in problem-solving, teamwork, and process optimization within fast-paced manufacturing environments, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.

  • Support daily production and machine startup while ensuring SOP compliance.
  • Monitor KPIs like cycle time, takt time, and downtime to improve efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to reduce production downtime.
  • Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and planning teams to meet goals.
  • Create and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and production documentation.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field required.
  • B1–B2 certified English proficiency.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
