Your responsibilities

Experienced quality and supplier management professional with expertise in consumer products, supplier development, quality systems, audits, NPD, process improvement across appliances manufacturing.

  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and reduce warranty costs through supplier capability enhancement.
  • Conduct supplier process audits and support quality system audit activities.
  • Manage supplier development, NPD, corrective actions, and process improvement projects.
  • Drive OEM supplier quality, define standards, and lead root cause analysis.

Your profile

  • B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related technical discipline.
  • 6–10 years of relevant experience in quality and supplier management.
  • Strong experience in supplier quality management within consumer/home appliances.
  • Expertise in supplier development, qualification, and performance monitoring.
