Your responsibilities
The Head of Partner Sourcing OEM Execution-Region India as a senior leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end OEM execution performance, including local-for-local initiatives and collaboration with global Partner Sourcing colleagues from other regions.
- Define and implement partner sourcing strategy in alignment with Global Head of Partner Sourcing OEM.
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize TCO and ensure supply security.
- Build and manage a strong partner ecosystem including onboarding, performance management, and risk mitigation.
- Drive NPI execution includes cost targets, quality gates, and launch readiness.
- Ensure supplier quality meets BSH standards (TCR). Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including GOM, Marketing, Engineering and Quality.
Your profile
- Strategic sourcing, procurement, and contract negotiation TCO modelling and cost optimization Project and program management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
