Your responsibilities

Experienced Quality Laboratory and Testing Manager leading lab operations, metrology, testing, and quality systems. Skilled in driving continuous improvement, managing cross-functional projects, and collaborating with global teams to ensure product quality and operational excellence

  • Lead laboratory operations, testing activities, and metrology services.
  • Plan and execute product testing, measurement, and verification services.
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality processes and lab performance.
  • Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional projects with local and global teams.

Your profile

  • University degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or related Engineering.
  • Experience in quality management and leading technical teams.
  • Strong knowledge of quality methods, tools, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management in multicultural environments.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
