Your responsibilities

You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Challenging tasks and projects await you, such as

  • Drive enterprise-wide strategy development, advise on AI transformation and cross-functional priorities
  • Shape AI strategy and transformation discussions, assess and evaluate future AI-enabled business opportunities
  • Manage and lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects on AI at scale on behalf of the Board of Management and business units
  • Support executive decision-making through research, strategic reviews and impactful presentations
  • Steer and continuously enhance the strategic planning process for the entire BSH group and its business units

Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy or strategic planning in a top consultancy or tech or industrial company
  • Proven exposure to digital & AI transformation projects and deep understanding on business impact of AI trends and ML capabilities
  • Self-driven, results-oriented and autonomous; able to manage multiple priorities and deliver against targets
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex topics effectively
  • Business-fluent English for effective communication and stakeholder management
