Your responsibilities

You will work in an exciting, international environment and personally contribute to the company’s success. Challenging tasks and projects await you, for example:

  • Act as a Business Partner, competent contact and support function for countries
  • Drive the development of a transparent sales channel steering framework to support the business strategy
  • Contribute to core processes like month-end closing, FC and Business Plan
  • Optimize and drive transparent Management Reporting
  • Push implementation of digital / AI based methods and analytics to increase efficiencies

Your profile

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Experience in sales controlling and holistic knowledge of BSH reporting and CO systems
  • Knowledge of business analytic tools for dashboards/visualization
  • Good communication skills and ability to build a network 
  • Fluent in German and English
